HCB Newsletter - September 15

We have a concert soon (9/27) - please let your section leader know if you will be there! If you would like to volunteer to drive the truck, please email Rob.

Please don't forget to pay your dues. $50 for the year ($25 if you are a undergraduate/graduate student, $0 for high school students). Please give you dues to Sherrie.

If you wish to make an additional (tax-deductible) contribution you may also give that to Sherrie. Such contributions help pay for the use of the STH band hall that costs us $100 a rehearsal.

Another way to help the band is if you shop on Amazon.com. Rather than go to the regular site, if you search for "amazon smile" you can select Houston Concert Band as you charity of choice and the band receives a small percentage of your transaction.

HCB Board Meetings

The board has decided to resume regular monthly meetings. These will be the first Tuesday of the month at 6pm. If any band member is interested in joining us, please email or ask Rob for the location.
